Mail Problem

Dear,

I have used Microsoft Outlook, 2007 for my mail. The problem is sent item e-mail that disappear or lost of the old months like September to November. It appears only the new month or date. I haven't deleted e-mail of sent item. I don't know what problem. Let me ask you that, how would I do to restore my mail in Sent Item back?

by default, Microsoft outlook contain "AutoArchive" function:
please check on Tools==>Option==>Other==>AutoArchive

then you will see the setting in the dialog box.

you can also check your old email in option "Move old items to:" from the dialog box too.
