The first I want to thanks for ANT that released the IT magazine to teach IT to all students in Cambodia.
I wonder my computer has a microsoft word but I couldn't write the vowel of khmer font Limon (especially Ctrl+Alt..and Ctrl+Alt+Shift) How can I do? Please write the answer to me.

I ever have some problem like you too but my friend gave me one setup file Khmer Limon and after i setup this file i can type all vowel with Ctrl+Alt..and Ctrl+Alt+Shift. You can download this file Download Khmer Fonts Installer v2.0. I have one comment for everybody that use Khmer Limon font change to use Khmer Unicode because Khmer Unicode is standard font and easy to use. You can try to setup Khmer Unicode follow this step How To Set Up Khmer Unicode
